Terms & Conditions

• Attendance for a service shall be undertaken subject to availability of competent service engineer(s). ∙ Periods of time for Annimac pc service charges are calculated on “from base–to base” basis.
• Customer shall provide necessary facilitator services.
• All service orders attended to, irrespective of work completion due to circumstances beyond reasonable  control of Annimac pc, shall be payable as per Annimac pc prevailing service rates for labor, for spares and all expenses.
• Any delay occurring during the service delivery process on account of customer/agent or beyond  Annimac pc’ direct control shall result in extension of service time, and shall be  payable as per prevailing Annimac pc service rates.
• Unless otherwise notified by the customer, Annimac pc reserves the right to  determine the number of persons necessary to perform service work.
• Unless otherwise notified by the customer, Annimac pc will exercise its best judgment in performing labor at overtime rates.
• Our company is responsible for the provision of safe equipment and Personal Protective Equipment to our technicians. Equipment provided to them by your company in the working areas must fulfill all requirements concerning its safety use. Also our technicians must be fully informed in reference with special occupational hazards related with the working environment and equipment under your supervision.
